I confirm that I have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions which apply to the course. I understand that, by completing this form, I am applying for a place on the BLC Diploma conducted during October – June of the forthcoming academic year. I understand that the British Law Centre ("BLC") will assess my application and consider whether to accept my application to join the Diploma course. If so, the BLC will send me an email confirming this. I will then be obliged to make payment of the EUR 200 First Payment, which is non-refundable, unless I expressly inform the BLC that I wish to withdraw from the Diploma Course within 14 days of having been informed by the BLC that I was accepted onto the Course. After making the First Payment, I will be granted access to the course website. I understand that if I wish to withdraw from the BLC Diploma after having been accepted onto the Diploma Course, I must expressly contact the BLC, and until I do so, I will be deemed to be an active course Participant.
